Terms & Conditions For Local & International Customers
For Apparels / Bags / Accessories:
1. All payments are to be made 1 day after the closing date of the Month Shopping, or your orders will be cancelled.
2. Once payment received, NO CANCELLATION of orders will be enterained. NO refunds will be given.
3. Receipts will ONLY be issue upon your request.
4.Goods may differ slightly from pictures.
5. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:-
a. Slight colour differences(or any other minor physical differences), minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams;
b. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);
6. Kindly note that shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks (for Local orders) and 2 - 8 weeks (for International orders depending on the mails services that you have choosen) after orders are made.

i. $2.50 top-up for Registered mail. This is payable on top of normal mail. OR
>> Opt for courier services!!
-Flat rate of $15.00 (All Fess Included)
-Call alert before sending items
>> TIP: It is highly advisable that you opt for registered mail/Courier Services as mails do get lost during transition and we are not responsible for such loses.
>> For Flowers:
-Flat rate of $10.00 delivery charge.
-Any orders above $50.00, FREE delivery.
-Self-Collection only available at Bedok.
